Lots and lots of ab crunches. It only takes 3-4 weeks to really notice some difference, imagine if you start now. You might want to diet a little as well, to remove some of that stubborn belly fat, and if you are sitting at home watching t.v.at night, you can always lie on the ground and get to work, do something useful while you are watching t.v. I would do at least 40-50 crunches per night, do some with your knees bent, feet on the ground, some with your knees bent, feet out, and some with your feet in the air. This works the main 3 areas. You can so side crunches to work out your obliques...or you can get a tummy tuck. :)
