Question: How to stay healthy!?
i really am afraid of getting like diseases and things so how should i change my diet to prevent my self form getting bad heart things and stuf!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are ALOT of changes the average American can make in their daily lifestyle to make themselves healthier!. Here are some of them!.
- Floss!. It can prevent heart disease!.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator!. Extra exercise is a great improvement!.
- Try eating more natural foods, such as fruits and veggies and avoiding 'junk food' with trans fats and tons of sodium!.
- Take a daily vitamin!.
- Take in some fresh air everyday!. Get out of the house for some extra time each day!. It'll make you feel better!.
- Get as close as you can to 8 hours of sleep!. Not too much sleep, though, because that isn't healthy either!.
- Avoid drugs, alcohol, and tobacco!.
- Use cleaning products that are better for the environment!. Method is a good brand!. They're better for your health, too!.
- Work out if you can!. Cardio is great for your heart!.
- Have regular doctor and dentist appointments!. They can keep you in check!.
- Self Examinations in your 'personal' areas also give you a heads up on cancer!.
- Wear sunblock!. Skin cancer is real, and it's out there!.
- Eat more fish and less red meat!. Fish contains Omega 3, which is very good for you!.
- Cook all meat/poultry thoroughly!.
- Remember to wash your hands, but not too excessively!.
- Keep kitchen and bathroom areas clean!.
- Avoid diet pills!. They can pose serious risks to your health!.
- Go for a swim!. It's great exercise, and cools you off for a much cheaper price than air conditioning!.
- Clean your room!. It will burn calories, and an organized lifestyle is a much happier one!.
- Play mind games and puzzles!. They're good for your mental health!.
