Question: I cant loose weight!?
i go to the gym 3 times a week and go swimming 2 times a week and i walk every where i am 13 and am 14stone i need to loose weight and i just cant i eat healthilyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Cut off sweets, junk food and fatty food!. Drink plenty of water, about 2 litres each day and also drink 3 cups of green tea everyday, it will boost up your metabolism and your body will burn more calories and fat!. And also don`t forget to exercise, 30-60 minutes a day, particulary cardio!.

If you ate heathily with doing all that, you'd drop weight in no time!.
And what is your understanding of healthy eating!? You don't need to starve yourself, you know!. And you don't need to eat all salads!. You can have meat and vegetables!. You can have three healthy meals a day - one meal with meat or meat substitute - and three snacks like fresh fruit a day!.
You should cut down on fried food and especially deep fried food, junk food (there's a reason it's called junk, honey), butter, cream, soft cheese, white bread !.!.!.!. If you cut these right out, you'll lose weight even faster!.
If this isn't working, see a doctor!. You don't mention how tall you are, this is a major consideration!. If you are five foot five or over, you don't have too much to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
