Alas there aren't any exercises that will burn fat from target areas!.
What cardio will do though is burn body fat, so you may lose fat all over, but not enough in the areas you want to!.
Sit ups, in my opinion, are a waste of time!. You will not create a nice sleek abdominal area doing sit ups!. You will however create a bulkier muscle, which may make your tummy look a little bigger! Sit ups are rather like doing bicep curls for the tummy muscles!
Pilates exercises are your best bet!. This will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body without adding bulk, in particular your torso area!.
I appreciate that you need to be economical with your time so have put together some Pilates exercises to do while at your desk!. The exercises are FREE, professionally put together and really do give you results (providing you do them regularly!)!.

If you are self-conscious about your tummy, look at your body and decide what you like best, then make the most of your favourite area!.

Cardio is great, but abdominal crunches will strengthen your obliques!. The only sure way to lose abdominal fat is to lose weight everywhere!. Yoga is great too for building muscle and flexibility!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
