Sweating problem...a lil out of control...help!!?!


Question: Sweating problem!.!.!.a lil out of control!.!.!.help!!!?
okay so i run track/cross-country & i have no choice but to practice in 80-90 degree weather!.!.!. practice gets extremly intense & i start to sweat everywhere!.!.exspecially my face and my back!. i need to know what i can do beforehand &/or during practice to stop the sweat from coming so much!. its not like i have a HUGE problem,as in sweating for now reason!. its just very hot and i want to know how to stop it from coming so much!.

[plz don't suggest any clinical deoderants for the underarms or anything;i hardly sweat there at all!. the real problems is my face/back]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure there's much you can do!. You could try asking your doctor, but try not to worry about it so much!. No one at practice is going to care what you look like!. Just wipe your face and drink lots of water!. Try to stay as cool as possible, and don't think about being so hot!. Sometimes thinking about how hot it is just makes you hotter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if you would want to stop the sweating on your back because that is a large area and helps keep you cool so you don't over heat!. But for the face what I did was get botox near the most sweaty parts of my face!. I could just be standing there and would break a sweat it was so gross and it helped a lot!. I found a licened doctor to do it and it last for about six weeks and no one could tell I got it done!. I didn't look like Joan Rivers after ;0)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweating is actually good although I understand it can be a pain in the backside !.!.
I would say wear a headband to keep it out of your eyes and put up with it!. And drink lots of water!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
