I really want to lose weight but I have health issues please help?

I have type 2 diabetes and thyroid problems. I am about 70 lbs from my ideal weight. I have physical pain that prevents alot of exercise . What is a good fat burning food? I dont eat alot . I also dont eat alot of food that is bad for me. any suggestions please?


Answers:

Citrus fruits burn fat really well. You could eat low cal foods like berries and egg whites. Also make sure you only eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks.

Try excersizing a little bit theres really no excuse for not doing it. Swimming, water aerobics, lifting weights, jump rope...all those things can be done with minimal effort. Even just taking a thirty minute walk will help!
