Question: Will I see a difference in one week of working out!?
I've been doing sit ups for a few days now!.!.!. & I was wondering when I will see a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends how many reps you do, like for example if you push yourself to 20-40-60 reps Morning, Evening, Night With Lots Of Fluids Careful not to strain yourself; Stop when needed!. You would see a difference by the end of the week and show your abs are improving!. Most important thing is your eating, stay away from fried food, fast foods, eat healthy!. Don't exercise and eat a Big mac!. So if you eat healthy, do the reps Morning and Night, You would see a difference!. Also stretch before you workout; very important!. Start little by little don't force yourself to 80 sit ups per rep in 1 day!. Hoped I help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just doing sit ups for a week wont show you any results that quick, If you want to see results with in a week you have to do full body workouts and have a good diet planWww@Answer-Health@Com
