Start off slow by eating right and exercising everyday!. You don't have to start with a big work out!. You can start by working out 2-3 days a week and eventually work out every day!. Be careful not to push your body to hard because you can hurt yourself!. Also don't be discouraged if you don't see any improvements right a way!. Everyone's body is different, some people can loose weight fast and others can't!.
Also don't be afraid to talk to your doctor and your family
because they are the ones that know you and your body best!.
