I was 200 lb i lost it to 130 in a month, this is how, i quiet all my soda, i would only drink tea hardly any sugar, and more water than i ever drank, i would bake foods, i stop eating all my junk food only had my junk food maybe 2 times out a week!. and would go out jogging once in the morning say a mile, then in the evenings i would go out walking to get a peice of mind a mile then too, but i ways also quiet smoking at the same time with out any help being around everything with family and bf all going all wrong!. i wouldnt eat anything after 7pm every night!. and ur morning meal is the most important meal of the whole day!.!.!. and be very active!.!.!. If u like to bake, is the best kinda food for u dont stop ur eating habbits though just limitate a few things if u drink soda stop it and u'll lose a lot just from that cause of the sodum and sugar!.!.

another way is if u can eat meals that are 100calaries!. and drink a lot lot of water!.!. when u get bored and want to eat just drink water!.!. or fruit or raw veggies!.!.!. this is all i did and it worked no drugs or anything but wanting this more than anything!. now i just watch what i eat and everything!.!. take out snacks and sweets and eat half of everything you would usually eat (if u eat a hamburger only eat half) drink water and cut down on sodas excersise and it should *** offWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat only good food like lean meats fruits and veggies also do some stuff like some type of exersise for faster results even subbing a yoga ball for a chair would help work your coreWww@Answer-Health@Com
