I should not even bother to answer this question again. A quick check of previous questions would show you it has been asked 226 times so far.
Diet pills and fad diets have been clearly shown to end up with 2 in 3 dieters HEAVIER than when they started. This useless search for an easy effortless and magical answer is why most people who diet, with this sort of mentality, get nowhere!
Only one way to sustain weight loss. Less in, more out! Yes we are what we eat, but we are even more what we don't do. The result of this is that since 1960 we are all on average 2 stone heavier.
A modest calorie reduction with 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise 4-5 days a week is the ONLY answer likely to work. The trouble is so few people want to get off the couch!
