Question: Does eating right before you go to sleep help you gain weight!?
Hey, I'm around 5'5"-5'6", and prabably weigh about 115!. Im looking for weighs to gain weight!. Mainly on my upper chest!. I hear eating right before you go to sleep/at night will help you gain weight!? I heard about a local who ate a pizza every night before he went to sleep and he gained alot!. I hear its unhealthy however though!.
Also!.!.!. i think i don't weigh all that much because i never have a real big lunch!. i have to make lunch my own, my parents work!. and does anyone have any suggestions of some easy things to make for lunch!?!?!? i can't make squattt!. and alwasy have a hard time finding something to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the reason that you gain weight if you eat late at night is because normally people don't go jogging before they go to bed!.!.!. they lay down, meaning that they are not burning many calories at all, so your body stores it as fat!.
the healthiest way to gain weight is to gain muscle weight, not fat!. you would do that by strength training and eating protein!.
it doesn't sound like you have many options so i'd go with a sandwhich for lunch!. something like cheese, lettuce, turkey from the deli!. packs in the protein with carbs and can't say it's hard to make!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, eating before you go to sleep will help you gain "fat"! However, it also depends on what you eat!. Eat veggies and you probably won't gain an ounce!. Eat cookies and cake and you better be spending extra time at the gym to work off the extra FAT!.

Gaining weight does not mean an increase of muscle mass, which is what it seems like you are trying to accomplish!.

Eat!. When ever and what ever!.
Then do anything but sit butt all day!.
Trust me you will gain all the weight you want!.

Key items to have:
Bread
Peanut Butter
Peanut
Chicken Pot Pie
Chocolate
Root Beer
Pork Spare Ribs
Fries (lots of fries)
And eat lots of red meat before bedtime!.!.!.

Oh and Yorgurt Ice cream!.!.!.eat lots of it before bed!.!.

I bet you will put on about 20 lbs in a few weeks!.!.!.I did!.!.!.now I gotta lose it!.

ya because its harder for your stomach to digest food while your sleeping and I think its sort of bad for you to eat right before you go to bed also if I eat like a few mins before I go to sleep it makes me hungry in the morning and I usually never amWww@Answer-Health@Com

Total myth actually, despite what the previous people say!. When you eat doesn't matter the least bit, you've just got to make sure you don't eat too many calories in a set amount of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some microwavable stuff for lunch haha real healthy, i know!.!.!.But my mother and I have always gone by the rule don't eat after 8 so that you won't gain weight!.!.!.So maybe if you want to gain weight do just the oppositeWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you eat right befor you go to bed you will gain some weight!. eat more but work out at the same time!. just eat more foods that have alot of fat in them like chips,cookies!., burgers, but make sure u work out 2!.!. hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok the whole time im reading your question im laughing becuase you want to gain wieght!. how old are you and are you just doing this to look like you are buff!? any way dont try to gain wieght by eating unhelthy and becoming unhealthy!. tally up all of the callories you eat and eat about 500 calories more than usual!. but dont do it by eating junk!. do it by eating friut and vegetables!. or just eat an extra serving of something at every meal!. as for lunch idea try eating some turkey and cheese sandwiches or salads with a little dressing!. and if you are doing this to look " buff " then try working out!. i dont mean going to the local gym and try lifting 200 pounds more like do yoga to strengthen legs and push ups to strengthen your arms!. well anyways good luck and stay healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
