Do you think im still growing?!


Question: Do you think im still growing!?
lately i've been sleeping 10-12hrs a day and consuming everything in sight!. it seems im eating every 3-4hrs!. im on a traveling basketball team and we go through intense drills and i have been playing about an avergae of 4 bball games a week for about 3 months now!. is this a sign that im growing!? im 17 im 5'9" and i weigh 135!. im pretty built and i still have my six pack!. with all this sleeping and eating my mom thinks im growing!. she thinks that with all this sleep my body is growing!. can you actually grow when your sleeping!? with my age is it still possible to grow!?

You have selected a good exercise to grow tall!. Basketball, Volleyball and swmming are best
Make sure you drink 3 cups of vitamin d fortified milk every day!.

Eat leafy greens (Spinach)
