Question: How do I work out now that im off my schedual!? thing lol!?
ok, so here's the thing, i've been working out by swimming but i can't go in the water now because it's that certain week so what else can i do thats fun!?!? Aslo can u gimme tips on how to eat better but a way that a 13 year old girl would like it!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can continue swimming because the water hold that thing we have and you can use some Tampax!. If you are 13 years old better ask your mom about it!. If you don;t want to do that, there are tons of way to exercise, ride a bike, walk, jog, or even better dance for about an hour!. My key to get motivated it's to use my imagination and challenge myself with diversity!. To eat healthy try eating fruits with your breakfast, yogurt smoothies are really good for you!. Have whole grains in your sandwich or meal instead of the regular and try to get use to eat veggies!.!.!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is a nice great for endurance training, so finding another endurance exercise is your best bet!. There are plenty of things you can do in home that are endurance exercises!. 3-5 minutes of sit throughs are good!. Also 3 minutes of 15 second foot fires or 10 sets of 15 second foot fires!. It all depends on how you want to workout!. If it's for swimming like a swimming team you're going to want to do something that involves are movement as well!. Jump roping is a good exercise as well!.

Good things to eat are fruits and nutritional foods!. If you don't like nutrition bars then granola bars are a good replacement!. Cutting back on candy and junk food is the best way to go!. Eliminating junk food is the best place to start!. It's fine to eat once in awhile but while working out not so much!. Also if you're hungry and want a snack make a ham sandwich!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
