Need help losing weight!?!


Question: Need help losing weight!!?
Ok, well im 5'7 and im 13, but i weigh around 160 pounds (LOL WTF)!. But, um, i need help losing the weight!. I actually dont look 160 pounds!.!.!.but just knowing that i weigh that makes me cringe!.

So i need help! I'm currently using an exercise bike for my workouts, so if you guys know any good workout plans for exercise bikes that'd be awsome!.

Also, if you know any good diets to go with it!. I've tried not eating and it didn't really work!. Any help is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 15 and I started running a few miles a day and I lost a ton of weight, but you need a healthy diet, not some fad diet!. Protein, fruits, veggies, you know the drill!. Not eating is only going to make you sick!. The number on the scale doesn't matter, its how you feel when you look at yourself in the mirror!. So I suggest you forget your 'weight' and focus on your body!. Do what makes you feel good!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When people start exercising, they've got to start somewhere!. Try stretching and see how you feel!. Then go into a little bit of running!. If you can lift weights do so!. Exercise bikes!? I would say try to use the hill program for about 6 mins once a day!. If you get injured, take a break from that exercise!. When it comes to eating, you HAVE to eat your 3 meals a day!. Not eating is not good!. You lose energy and get so weak you may lose weight or barely lose weight!. Hope I helped!. Also, avoid any food with junk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
