How much weight will i lose if i don't eat for 5 days?!


Question: How much weight will i lose if i don't eat for 5 days!?
k so,
i feel very fat,
im around 5'4-5'5 maybe less and around 138 pounds :s
i know, discusting!.
so i have went 2 days without eating almost three and lost around 7 pounds!?
how much should i lose in 5!?
if i drink 8 bottles of water a day, walk at leat an hour a day + i have about 5 hours of soccer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i see you have figured out that when you do not eat for long periods of time, you will lose alot of weight
but if you dont eat for 5 days you could possibly lose up to 14ish lbs!.

if you can make it that long, and then start eating regularly after 5 days, you will gain back all the weight it fat



*i was annorexic for about 3 months and ate less than 800 calories a day
and when i started eating 1200 a day
i gained back the weight it fat

you will lose a good bit and then gain it all back and then some as soon as you eat again!. starving yourself just screws up your metabolism and worsens the problem!. a little dedication, watching your diet, doing a little cardio every other day for about 20 mins!.
Don't ever starve yourself, especially not in conjunction with physical activity!. your body needs fuel, otherwise it feeds on itself and when you do feed it again it will store everything you take in instead of using it and you'll just gain more!. 138 isn't even bad for your height, but if you really feel like getting down to fighting weight, just eat right and exercise!. Eat yogurt before you exercise!. A little sugar gives you an energy burst and the bacteria cultures help to build muscle instead of fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

That is not disgusting at all!. You sound like you are a healthy weight for your height!. And you don't say how old you are but not eating for even one day is dangerous!. Keep with the exercising and drinking water!. Eat veggies and no junk food!. Stay healthy - not eating can make your body more prone to disease and infection!. You sound quite healthy the way you are!.

Besides, if you don't eat for 5 days, you will lose less weight than you think!. Your body goes into starvation mode and shuts down - so you lose energy, not fat!. You actually wouldn't lose much more than 3 or 4 lbs!. Not worth it!. And that would mostly be temporary - it would come back when you eat again because your body would immediately store those calories as fat - the most easily accessible form of energy!.

You don't actually end up losing weight this way!. Your body goes into starvation mode and uses what fat you do have to nourish your body!. Eventually, when you start eating again, your body holds onto all of the fat and you can actually end up gaining weight!. It sounds like you're getting plenty of exercise, just eat right and drink plenty of fluids and the weight will come off!. You are at the correct weight for you height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will probably end up hospitalized if you don't eat for 5 days!. Your body is in starvation mode!. the answer to this question is very simple!. do not starve yourself!. you are not fat!. everyone is different!. it is very unhealthy to not eat for that long!. a healthy way to lose weight is to eat the right foods and exercise!. by doing this you will lose weight and keep it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's really no exact science to your body -- it varies per person (it could be 1lb or 3lbs -- nothing substantial, most likely)!. But if you play 5 hours of soccer and ONLY drink water and not eat anything, you're endangering yourself!. Don't do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
