Question: At what time should I stop eating for the day!?
I am going to start my diet tomorrow and was wondering when I sould stop eating for the day!?

3 hours before bed time as this is approximately the time taken for our food to digest after dinner!.

As we sleep, our body's metabolic rate slows down considerably and if we sleep less than 3 hours after we ate, it'll get stored into our body as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat late at night
If you eat before bed your food still hasn't digested so eat 2-3 hours before you go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
