Is this an okay diet strategy plan?!


Question: Is this an okay diet strategy plan!?
I was trying to figure something new out for my diet to maintain as i'm doing well with 1500 calories a day!. so i've decided to do extra exercise a day 45 mins more to my normal 45 mins for an extra 100 calories totalling 1600 and thats working out great for me too!. the thing is if its okay to make it 1:30 mins + to my 45 a day so i can have extra 200 calories!. the main reason is i want to have more for breakfast and have alot still later through out the day is this a possible thing or is that too much working out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no i think thats ok,i never think any working out is too much but just be careful how much fat intake you are having with this extra food,that is what you have to watch out for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are on a good track!. You should eat breakfast within 2 hours after waking up!.

Breakfast profile should be as follows:
1!. Minimum 350 Calories
2!. Breakfast must be built around whole-grains and good quality proteins!. Then you can add a fruit/vegetable, and dairy
3!. If you need to, borrow the calories from your dinner

A good breakfast looks like following
1!. Whole-grain Toast
2!. Hard-boiled eggs!.!.!. Egg is the best quality protein
3!. Yogurt
4!. Citrus fruit example 1/2 grapefruit

Increasing exercise is a good idea to maintain weight and increase mass muscle!. but you should not use exercise to shift calories!.
You should shift calories within main meals!. You can shift calories from either lunch or dinner to breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no it's not too mch you can never work out to much unless you do it for like 3 days straight and then yer muscles would be tired but no it's not!. if it's working great for you!.!.!. then keep doing it :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

anything is possible as long as you balance your meals with your exercise plan!. If you proportion the calories correctly with how much you work out, then you will still have the same results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
