Answers:
You have to make sure you're taking in more cals than you burn and they have to be quality cals too from lean protein sources and complex carbs!. Lots of eggs and milk are a great start!. Eat a big breakfast and get eight hours of sleep at least a night to recover or don't waste your time training!. Skim milk is great because it provides milk protein which is high quality and milk sugar (lactose) is ok because it digests slower than table sugar!. Whey is good after you work out but digests too quickly to be uselful at other times of the day!. Creatine is also good but the most important is diet!. Everything else is just icing on the cake after diet!.
As far as training, stick to heavy compound movements like squats, bench deadlift, anything that involves more than one joint!. Heavy lifting encourages your body's release of natural anabolic hormones like testosterone and growth hormone!. Be safe and use your head so you don't injure yourself!. If you have any questions get a qualified trainer to show you the movements and monitor your progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's all about what workout you're doing at the gym!. To build muscle, do high reps with a challenging weight!. And don't work on the same muscles two days in a row!. protien is best!! creatine is good but when you stop working out it turns into fat!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
