I need to loose like 25 pounds! I know this seems like a lot, but I do and I don't want you to tell me to be anorexic or anything, so healthy ways ppl!! Oh and I am like 5'6'' and 135 lbs!. !.!.!. thx!. !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, well exercise is always good!. here's a workout that u could do every day:

for ur legs:

10 lengths (choose ur length) of sprints
10 lengths of sprints backwards
10 lengths of lunges
10 lengths of power skipping
10 lengths of power skipping backwards
running up and down a hill (or stairs) until you're out of breath

then for ur abs:

20 crunches lying on ur back w/ ur legs flat
20 crunches w/ ur knees bent and ur feet flat on the floor
20 crunches w/ ur knees bent and ur feet off the floor
20 crunches w/ ur legs straight in the air (ur body forms a right angle almost)
*and then come back down!.!.!.*
i!.e!.: 20 crunches w/ ur knees bent and ur feet off the floor
20 crunches w/ ur knees bent and ur feet flat on the floor
20 crunches flying on ur back w/ ur legs flat

then to work ur sides, do this:

lie on ur back then turn onto ur side so that the right side of ur body is along the floor!. then bend ur right knee into a right angle!. so u should basically be lying on top of ur bent right leg!. then keep ur legs as they are, but slightly turn the rest of ur body so that ur upper chest and ur head/neck are facing the ceiling!. do 20 or 30 crunches like this, and then switch to ur left side!.

then u can do planks!. i can't rly explain them, but i'm sure u can look them up!.

then u can go up to a wall and put ur back flat on the wall!. then bend ur knees until ur body makes a right angle against the wall!. then stay there for 30 seconds!. it's hard if ur doing it right!.

25lbs is WAY too much for you to lose if you are that tall!. If you are flabby at all you should be concerned about losing inches instead of actual weight (it will help with your sanity too)!. Try weight lifting and strength training to tone up, it will help you lose weight as well!. If you really really want to lose pounds, start walking then move up to jogging, or biking or swimming for at least 30 mins a day, combined with weights 2-3 times a week!.

Also start with a healty diet, lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein like chicken and fish, peanut butter etc!. only healthy fats and LOTS of water to stay hydrated!. Watch your calories too, try not to go over 1800-2200 per day (staying closer to the 1800)!. Increase your calories if you work out extra hard one dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen
Exercise : do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it!.
Diet wise : drink 8-10 glasses of water!. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
