Stomach exercises?

What are the best stomach exercises that work the quickest, how long will it take to show on me and how many should i be doing? xx


Answers:

I'm a strong believer in curcuit training! So what ever you do, make sure there is a run, jog or sprint between each excercise!

The best abs excercise I know goes thus:

Lay in your back, legs out straight in front 6 inches off the floor.

Simply bring your knees up to your chest then push your legs back out straightening them, making sure that your feet do not touch the ground. That's one rep.

To make things a bit harder, when you have your legs straight, open them, then close, then back to your chest ans repeat.

If/when it starts to really kick in, to rest put your legs and feet up in the air and maintain a cycling motion, this will keep you working but not as much.

You should never suddenly stop when doing excercise, make sure you slow down in stages
