Am I Overweight?! HELP?!?
I am 19 and stand at 5ft 3inches and I weigh just over 10 stone... I hate way I look and can't go out or do anything or show my body to my boyfriend cos it puts me down so much and sometimes I cry about it.. as sad as it sounds but it's really putting me down... AM I OVERWEIGHT or is this weight ok for my height???

Doesn't sound as if you are overweight to me. You should take up some form of exercise to tone up your muscles and that will improve how you look. If you really want to check whether you are overweight go onto a website where you put in your height and weight and it will calculate it for you. Look in obesity surgery section.

This works out your BMI and will show you on a graph if you are overweight.
