Question: 2 days ago i did 20 sit upd witm my abs in pain cause they where sore!?

I think, if 20 situps caused your ABs to be sore and in pain then you'll have to cut this down to about 17 situps, and see if that is better!. This will allow you to build up to a certain level of strength over time, and allow you to exercise the ABs more often!.
If you do 20 situps and it takes 4 days to recover then you'll be working them once per week!.!.
If you do 15 situps and it takes you 2 days to recover then you'll be exercising them 3 times per week!.

Also, if you are just starting out you may want to consider starting at a lower more managable number like 10 situps!. See how well that goes for you and decide if you desire to do more !.!.!. break it up into smaller sets but take a breather after each set just to see how ya feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
