Question: Ok this is the deal i weight about 170 wet i praticeing sit uo for about 2 weeks!?
i have gotten up to twenty but my abs are still sore!.is it posibble to give my abs about 2 days to recover and then maybe do 34 sit up with them fully heal!.
the reason i didnt pass twenty was cause the pain was to muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Allowing time for the muscles to recover will make it easier to do more the next time around!. I'm not sure if you could hit 34, but a number such as 25 or 30 is defiantly possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, the more you push yourself the more your abs muscles tear, afterwards resting would rebuild them and build even more muscle!. My advice is to heal now, but later push yourself as hard as you can!. Afterwards rest!. Try and repeat this pattern and from my knowledge you'll be fine!. (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
