i need something to eat that is healthy and quick!. i cant cook cause i am 12 and my mom doesnt trust me with the stove, please dont give me answers like "get your mom to make it" thanks!.!. it needs to be healthy

Good old Instnad Breakfast works!. It is very filling!. Just milk and the powder!. Give it a shot!.
