Ready for A Change...?!


Question: Ready for A Change!.!.!.!?
I'm a petite, overweight sixteen-year old!. I have been working all summer, which means that I did not have time to excerise or eat right!. Don't get me wrong, I'm one of those people who have fat with muscle!. I love sports, like tennis, football, kickboxing, basketball, and powerlifting!. But I never played any of them!. I'm lazy, first of all; and I have a hard time sticking to many things!. But it's time for a change, I'm sick of looking like this!. I imagine how I would look fitter!.I want to get a little fitter before school starts on August 11!. What should I do!? I appreciate as many honest and truthful answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i lost 20 pounds last summer and this is how i did it:
wake up early and do something active at least 30 mins in the morning!. (for me it was running or swimming)!. eat breakfast and lunch normally (no seconds)!. for dinner, have a salad!. no soda (except diet) or juice (except one glass for breakfast)!. and try to keep yourself as busy as possible, that way you can focus on something else besides eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to be flexible with your life and find a time for some exercise!.

If your work is close to where you live maybe you can walk or bike there!.
Since your interested in sports try going to your local rec center and signing up for a sport!.

If you want results from exercising you have just have to keep track of your calorie intake!. It's really not as hard as many people say it is!. Once it becomes a daily routine, it's so much more easier and rewarding!.
