Help getting my 6 pac?!


Question: Help getting my 6 pac!?
I've been working on my Ab's for about 3 weeks now doing 100 Sit ups in Set's of 50 but I still haven't seen it actually there I can see it actually see it there when I look at it through the mirror but I don't know what I have to do to actually make it appear!.

Should I eat less or eat more cause I don't wanna have Scrawny 6 pack with all my rib's showing and stuff I wan't to look like this but not so Buff I mean I'm only 14 and i'm not expecting to look like this until i'm atleast 18 but i wan't a 6 pac similer to this http://i141!.photobucket!.com/albums/r57/t!.!.!.
That's not me just and example!.

Heck! Who wouldn't want to have six pack abs themselves!?! There are many theories and exercises that are used to develop abs but some ways are quicker and more productive than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A good tip it to work out !.!.!.

Have a meaty delicious protein filled meal !.!.!. WITH orange juice !

After working the muscles will be tired and need more repair this is what the protein is for !.!.!.

The orange juice amazingly helps absorb more of the protein you eat therefore making the results appear faster !.!.!.

Hi if you can do a billion sit ups and crunchs but the real way to get a six pack is in the KITCHEN it's about diet, I think you need 10% body fat to get a six pack keep it up and cut the crappy foodsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hehe, i'm currently 18 and have been working out for the past 2 years!.

(Might be different since you're just 14, You don't have to impress anybody man! hehe)!.

First you won't see much results in 3 weeks!. But keep going!.

Here's what I did to get my 6 pack!.
This might sound dumb, but it worked for me!.

1!. Go running, for at least 2 miles every other day!. wear a bag that covers your stomach, I used a plastic trash bag, just made holes for my arms, head!. This made me sweat a lot from my stomach!. After the 2 miles i would take the bag off and there would be so much sweat!. (This burns fat from your belly), After this rest for a few min, and start doing sit ups or crunches!.

You don't have to use the bag every time!.

Don't overwork yourself, and don't hurt yourself!.
Have patience and you'll eventually get it!.

Also work on your muscles (you don't want to have a six pack with no muscles, looks a bit weird hehe), buy some dumbells and you'll be fine!. do some aerobic exercises for breathing!.

I would say you'll see results within 1-1 1/2 months!.
Don't rush!.!.
