anyy adivce on how to get less tired while runing?


Answers:

Pace yourself and listen to music. I was never a runner but I started running by setting some goals for myself like run for two songs on my ipod, then 4 finally I run for 45 minutes. When I first started I tried to run too fast and was breathless in minutes. Now I have my stride, the music helps me pace and keeps my mind occupied so that I doesn't notice the time and my body's wariness. Good luck and keep it up!
