Question: How do I lose 80 pounds!? I weigh 170!?
I lost 15 pounds by restricting calories, and then I COULDN"T lose anymore no matter what I did!. So then I went on the atkins diet and lost another 15 pounds!.!.!. but I'm tired of eating the same old food!. At my weight I need about 80 grams of protein a day!.!.!. I'm thinking of going back on the atkins diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are 170 lbs being 90 is not a realistic weight for you to shoot for, and it would be very unhealthy!. Diet's don't work, when you restrict your calories and you lose the weight then you start eating again and you gain it all back instantly!. Exercise!!! That is the best way, and eat healthy!. Don't cut out pasta and cheese, eat what you want!.!.!.!.just no fast food

Are you sure you want to lose 80 pounds!. That means you would end up being 90 pounds!. That is waaaaaayyyy too thin!.
I think you meant to say 30!. Just try a new exercise!. Stick with it, change it up every couple of days so it throws your body off!. Running is good or even really brisk walking!. My friend recently took a kickboxing class and she is in the best shape of her life!. As far as diet!. Fill up with lots of veggies, fruit and protein!. Eat whatever you want on Saturday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on a SAFE diet program such as Weight Watchers or South Beach Diet!. And by the way, you will look much better at 125 than you will at 90!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
