if you want to lose or maintain weight then follow this:
drink water!.!.!.never juice ( they have too much sugar!! )
exercises - crunches, lunges, walking
eat healthy foods: lean meats, lots of veggies, fruits are not as important because they have a lot of natural sugar!.!.!.eat a few fruits as snacks!! keep oils and butters to a very small minimum!
avoid all packaged foods and frozen as much as possible because there is always a lot of salt and salt attracts fat and extra water!.!.making it hard to lose weight and you bloat like crazy!
