okay so I'm 18 I just graduated and during the summer i've been working and sitting around a lot!. I know I need to lose some weight!. I need some suggestions that aren't like "go to the gym and eat healthy" because that is what everyone says!. I need something that I real teenage girl can do to slim up and drop a couple pounds!. I haven't drank soda for 7 Months and that hasn't helped!. What are foods to stay away from!? What sort of excercise can I do!? Thank you for any help!.!.!.
