Is my exercise routine effective?!


Question: Is my exercise routine effective!?
Mon-Biceps and Forearms-multiple exercises for each
Tues-Chest and Triceps-multiple exercises for each
Wed-Back and ABs-multiple exercises for each

I believe this exercise routine is effective because Im not overtraining my body but I could be wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So I need advise if needed please also if you can provide a better exercise routine then this please fill free to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And If you can please recommend some great exercises

no this workout is not effective!.!.!.!.you're mixing your muscle groups!.!.!.!.you always need to work out your larger muscles in that area first so as not to strain and hurt the smaller muscle!.!.!.!.example!.
your biceps are larger than the triceps!.!.!.!.so these need to be on the same day so you can work the large then the small!.

back and chest both large!.!.!. you're also missing your shoulders which are a small group!.!.!.!.!.!. do shoulders after one of these large groups!.!.!.!.!. (or//also) however shoulder is larger than biceps and triceps!.!.!.!.!.

where is the leg and calf workout !?!? when does that come in!.!.!.!.

keep in mind too!.!.!.you're body won't improve or be healthy unless you have aerobic and weight lifting both incorporated into your workout program!.

with only weight lifting you're strong but have no endurance!.!.!.with only aerobic you have endurance but no strength!. the body needs both programs to reach it's maximum!.!.!.

this is my schedule!.!.!. just so you can see!.!.!.

mon--- legs and abs!.!.!. spinning class
tues--- lap swimming
wed--- back, chest, abs!.!.!. spinning class
thurs--- lap swimming
friday--shoulders, biceps and triceps, abs!.!.!.!. treadmill or equilator (sp!?)
sat or sun!.!.!.!. something aerobic!.!.!.

i wish i could a double day workout for the body parts but do to time restraint i have to spread out!.!.!.!.!.
if ever there is time to put all upper body together then i will and that gives me that other day to run through a whole body circuit!.!.!.!.remember to let each muscle group rest a full day to have time to heal !.!.!.stretch and strengthen!.!.!.!.!. when i was in school!.!.!.!. calves and abs were the two groups that you could work out every day and not do harm to!.!.!.i don't know how true that is these days!.!.!.!.i do tend to rest them in between but because of my schedule!.!.!.!.!.
