Question: 16 year old guy who needs to bulk up FAST!!!?!?
im 16, 6'1" tall and weigh 135-140 pounds!.!.!.im very skinny and i need to bulk up before the end of summer which is a couple weeks away!.!.!.!.so what can i do to put as much muscle on me as possible in that amount of time, like exercises, what to eat, ect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to that link!.!. it should help you out!.!. i have been doin something similar for about a month and i am gettin good results!.!. and since i have seen that answer i up'd my crunches and everything!.!.!. so yea and nutrition is way important!.!. don't drink soda and don't eat fatty foods!.!.!. so yea go to that link and u should see results in 2 week minimum!.!.!. that is how it worked for me!.!. =]

listen!.!.!.drinking protein shakes make u gain weight therefore getting a thicker body which eads to u getting bigger arm etc then after a while u been drinkin protein shakes u might want to start lifting weights exercising to rly make that weight u gain to msucle it works dude trust me

its goin to be easy cause ur alrdy skinny fat ppl first need to get rid of the fa covering the abs then workout to get toned up

if u r a non vegiterian then go for having either boiled eggs or mix egg in milk n have it!. other wise eat dry fruits as much possible!. this will help u to increase ur weight and dont forget to go to gym to tone up ur musceles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm i think you should gain weight then burn it into muscle!.!.!. cause most tall people are skinny and need more calories to burn so they can gain more muscle!.So try that!. and do plenty of excises!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
