I was in a similar situation not too long ago!. I needed to lose some weight for the summer!.

I tried almost every weight loss program under the sun, and nothing seemed to work!.

your body is design for extreme combat and survival, dont sleep for 1 day and dont eat for 1-2 days drink only watter and if you really hungry eat spagety, Dont forget to drink protein shakes and lotsssss of water, trust me your body can go weeks whith out food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah just have a daily excercise!.
like run in the morning
then in the evening!.
and then eat healthy!.

My sister in law did this and it worked!. It's cabbage-soup-diet!.com!. I know it sounds gross, but it's actually a veggy soup diet with fruits and veggies!. She said she lost 10lbs in a week!
