Each small meals, but often, and that will help reduce bloatedness from your stomach too!.

Try mixing up exercises to keep your body guessing, and stopping it from falling into complacency!. Try starting off with 3 sessions a week, with a rest day inbetween each!. Maybe for 1 week you can go jogging twice and swimming once, then the next swimming twice and cycling once!.
