How can i lose 18-23 pounds before august?

i'm a cheerleader and i really need to lose some of my belly fat...i only eat when i'm hungery and so far i'm losing 1/2 a pound a day but i want to lose more than that a day. i also have been doing 100-120 crunges twice a day. i don't want to get lipo or get any pills. what else can i do?

Walk 5 miles a day and drink healthy smoothies. Drink water to flush out your system. Eat very healthy small portions many times throughout the day.
