It depends on which frame you have!. If you are small framed your ideal weight is between 139 and 147 lbs!. Medium framed people should weigh between 146 and 160 lbs and if you have a large frame your weight should be everything from 155 lbs to 173 lbs!. This is right if you're and adult, but since you are only 14 I guess your weight could be a bit lower without it being dangerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
