Easy 10 points! Workout question.?!

Question: Easy 10 points! Workout question!.!?
When I workout I push myself until I can't go any more, but I'm not sore the next day!. Does this mean that I'm not doing it right!? Aren't you supposed to be sore after working out!?!!?!

Also, I've been working out 7 days a week!. Should I take a day to let my body rest or is it okay to keep going!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's odd that you're not sore after a high effort workout!. It could mean you drank a lot of water or you got a lot of rest!. I wouldn't worry about it being a bad sign!.

You should go days between different activities and muscle groups!. If you run 6 miles, you should go easy the next day!. And it would help to have one day of complete rest, like Sunday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first of all I don't think you should work out till exhaustion!. As for as not feeling it the next day doesn't mean that you did it wrong or not working hard enough!. When you work out 7 days a week you need to make sure you are not using the same muscle groups each day!. I used to when I worked out with weights and such I would do cardio everyday as your heart needs it then I would alternate lower body then upper body the next day!. Gave the muscles a chance to rest!. Also you just need to listen to you body if you need time off take if you can push yourself a little more on a given day then go for it!. But honor your body and its capabilities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not necessarily supposed to be sore but if you were to do weights or toning exercises, chances are that if you were doing them right and really hitting the spot you would feel achey the following day (and even worse 2 days later!)!.

You should not work out 7 days a week as your muscles dont have time to repair and your stamina will only decrease!. To get the most out of your workout you should aim to work out 4/5 times a week and always have time off in between to recover and recharge ready to give it 100% next time you go to the gymWww@Answer-Health@Com

the reason your not sore could be that you are warming up and cooling down correctly!.
felling sore the next day is a result of lactic acid in your mucles!. you creat lactic acid by working out and training your muscles!.
while we only hear about warming up in traing mags to stop us pulling muscles and straining them!. cooling or warming down is equally important as it removes the lactic acid!.
just make sure you warm up and cool down corectly, and have a period of rest between each work out and you shouldnt feel sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is it cardio that you are doing!?

If so, then do not worry!. I am exactly the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
