Preventing soreness from bike riding?!


Question: Preventing soreness from bike riding!?
Ok, I've read a ton of things on here about preventing soreness and they all say hot shower, stretch, drink a lot of water etc!. I know this, I'm 21 and have played a lot of sports, only problem is after I started bike riding, my theighs haven't felt the same since!. At the very least they just feel "tired" on any given day, but usually they're sore!.

Sometimes they'll feel ok, but I'll go to ride the bike and they'll tire again!. I tried to take a few day breaks here and there for the muscles to build, but I don't want to stop riding THAT much because it's part of my daily workout routine!.

Is there a supplement I can take to help or anything else other than just not riding!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yo need to give it time!. and if your riding that much your going to be sore try riding a little less and then when ever that becomes easy then you can bump up the miles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
