Answers:
Rest is as important as working out!. If you are starting to experience overuse symptoms you should take some time off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely take a day off!

For me, if I'm asking myself if I should be taking a day off from training soon, usually that means I NEED to take a day off!.

2 hours a day is a pretty long time to be working out anyway, and a week straight deserves a day off!.

Typically, I work out 3 or 4 days straight, one day off then repeat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You let your muscles rest for a day!. Also as you say that your arthritis is kicking in, it might be better it you have two rest days in between!. By rest days you can just not do weights but do other exercises such as rowing machine, on the treadmill and floor exercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you need rest!. Rest is when your body repairs, and when your muscles actually grow!. (They may grow in the gym directly because of water weight, but as far as actuall muscle growth!.!.!.that happens when you rest!.)

I train 4 times a week!.!.!.and I try to never do more than 2 days in a row!. (I also only do chest once a week, legs once a week, etc!.) This works well for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
