Help i eat a lot of junk but exercise a lot!!!?!


Question: Help i eat a lot of junk but exercise a lot!!!!?
I currently walk between 6 and 9 miles per day 5 times a week!. (i work at a stables and do alot of treks on foot)!. I eat alot of crisps but eat 3 good meals!.
But i really want to lose weight but not my appitiete!.

I am 14 years old, 5"9 (very tall with long legs) and weigh more than i should!. I have fat legs and a flabby belly!.

I also do 2 hours a week of PE and i do sit-ups, lunges and these things when i spread my legs and bend my knees!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

walking isn't going to get you skinny anytime fast!. And you answered your own question!.!.!.cut out the junk food and youll drop lbs!. Also!.!.!.2 hours of aerobics per week isn'jt en ough!. Try at least an hour per day of vigorous activity such as running, biking, rock-climbing!.!.!.etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
