Question: I'm starving right now but I don't want to eat!?
I am trying to lose weight and all I have had to eat today is a bowl of cereal!. I am 13 years old, 5 ft and 5 stone 4 lbs!. I am also a gymnast!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about your weight unless it prevents you from walkng or moving around comfortably!.
At 13 years old, weight & food shouldn't be a worry!.
So don't worry about what you eat, the emphasis on eating healthily is mainly for the older population!.
If a man & a woman has been living off pizza's & Pies for the past 40 years, then eating healthily will be important!.
At 13 trust me its not worth fretting over

Drink a tall glass of lowfat milk with protein powder, so nutritious yet not that fat or bad for you at all only 120 calories that's what I eat for breakfast a glass of milk:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
