Question: Gym Strategy to loose weight!?
What's a good Gym strategy to loose weight!? Please tell me how many days a week I should go and what type of excercises I should do!.

I will be dieting too buy I'd like to know how to make the most out of my Gym time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first thing is first
to lose weight the energy spent(walking gym anything really) has to be greater then the energy consumed (food)!.
now that you understand that, let me tell you, a gym is a good idea and I will outline a workout routine below, but you should really mix it up and consider also exercising outside, hiking, swimming in the ocean, bicycling along with your gym routine!. oh and whenever there are stairs thake the stairs instead of the elevator, do not take your car to the store if it is within walkable distnce!.

first of all you need to get your heart beat up and do some cardio!. i do not know your age and your heart rate is related to your age, but a general rule is , if during your cardio workout you are not pushing yourself , if you dont sweat and push yourself each time a little out of your comfort zone, you are not advacing!.you should be active whether going to the gym or doing exercises outside 7 days a week!. so, everyday you should get a minimum of 40 minutes exercise (doctors say 30 )!.

THE ROUTINE
1)cardio 40minutes 6 days a week
2)weight training 30 mnutes 6 days a week alternating between lower and upper body (you need to do this to let your muscle groups rest)!. So, Monday Wednesday Friday you to upper body, Tuesday Thursday Saturday you do lower body!. You let your body rest on Sunday!.
3)SUNDAY you do outdoor exercises, you go for a extended walk, or you jog, go for a hike, in the summer time if there is an ocean lake nearby you go for a swim!.


**Eventually you will realize that you are getting tired of going to the gym all the time and this is when you should mix up indoor/outdoor exercises!.
**As for your diet there are several ways to do it, if you need help I would suggest counting how many calories you need exactly to maintain your desired weight or there is another way to go about it which involves a deficit, meaning how many calories to cut back from your current weight /height caloric intake to lose 1-2lbs a week!. Do a search on google "calories needed to lose weight" and you will see what I am talking about!. But eventually though you will just learn to eat less and will not rely on these calculations but rather your your intiution about how much is normal portion!.

Make a schedule a weight loss planner!. It really helps to visualize it!. You can make your schedule for the next 6 months then rewrite it after you reach your goal completely or partially, and remember you cannot be 100% perfect so dont get yourself down, just do it most of the time if you do it 70% of the time you will still lose weight!.

Start out slow, if you are just getting into exercising, with a set schedule!. Like exercising at least 3-4 days a week and build up to exercising 5-6 days a week!. Split up your exercises with doing cardio workouts and strengthening workouts at least 30 minutes per day and once you are getting use to it, build your work out time to 60 minutes per day!. I started by doing sit ups i do 100 a day, i go jogging every other night, and i joined thaiboxing, i do that 6 hours a week and im in really good shape, make sure you eat healthy too, lots of fruit veg and protein, i also do weightlifting but if your trying to lose weight i wouldn't advise that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep the rutine they give you in gym!. They must know what's best for you!. But, if you prefer self training like my self!. This is what i know: short and fast movements to burn calories and fat; and slow and controlled movements for strenght the muscles!. I hope this helps!.

You need to "lose" weight!. There's only 1 "o"

You should go to the gym every other day for about half an hour!.

Try to work your abs and pecs, cause those are some of the bigger problem areas for fat!.

Also spend some time on the backs of your legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 or 4 times a week for an hour or 2 if ur really motivated
do cardio: trendmill, exercise bike
do abs: sittups, crunchs, or some other machine
do arms: pucsh ups pull ups
