Question: Is it true that athletes workout 6hrs a day or more!?

I would say that 6 hrs or more is a little much!. I believe it would be closer to 4 hrs a day, usually consisting of a morning workout and an afternoon workout!. This of course being high level athletes, professional athletes and olympians specifically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how serious the athlete is!. An olympic athlete's whole day revolves around there sport, whether its taking a nap reserving there energy, working out or watching their dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
