Body Troubles?!


Question: Body Troubles!?
I am the ideal weight for my height but my body isn't a nice shape, I need to tone up a bit and i need to get some of the fat off my body, What is the best way to loose it quickly!? I cant go to a gym and I am not a strong swimmer or a very good dancer!. I am also on a diet!. Please Help Me!. XWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you are the ideal weight for your height dont try to loose weight to look good!.
A while back i did the same thing, started to eat less, i got to a point where i was eating nothing for weeks!.
I got it stuck in my head that anything i eat will make you fat so i was counting calories every day, i was eating less than 800 cal and was working out, in the end (about 3 months) i lost loads of weight, my parents were worrying saying i looked ill and was way too thin, tbf i was!.
its horrible and a nasty spiral to get yourself into!.
dont bother doing it, if anything just excersise!.
no joke i passed out a few times and couldnt do any sports because i had no energy, and at the same time i looked worse,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh geez!! Another one! This is *REALLY* turning into an epidemic!.

I will tell you what I've told about 2 dozen other kids today!. If you believe yourself to be overweight, you make an appt with your GP and have them refer you to a dietician specialising in assisting overweight and obese kids to lose weight *SAFELY*!. I WILL NOT assist a minor - I have seen too many end up in ED clinics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you don't need to lose any weight, so cardio of about 20 min!. a day just for heart health would be ideal!.!.!.and then some weight training and Pilates to gain some tone lean muscle should work great for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try aerobics !.!.!. you can get videos to do at home !.!.!. I see the best results with aerobic routines that incorporate martial art moves (kickboxing, cardio-kick, etc) !.!.!. most aerobics will tone and burn calories and give you a fitter shape !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say run and do light weights with high reps to tone your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
