I am so fed-up with my weight?!


Question: I am so fed-up with my weight!?
I am the one who goes around telling people to be happy with themselves, when me myself ain't!.
I weight 56kg and i am so fed-up!. I feel fat!! And i keep on eating so much and then i feel like throwing up!. How can i stick to a diet!? How can i lose weight in 2 months!?
I can't go gym, but i try to walk an hour twice in a week!.

I know exactly how you feel!. I have been unhappy about myself for months and I never did anything about it!. Well now that its summer, and I have a couple weddings to go to, I found a little motivation!. Try to think of something that will motivate you, a get together, a wedding, a birthday!?!? Then just tsart slowly, switch all your drinks to water and tea (green tea is the best), then start cutting out junk food, when you are munching, try eating fruits, they will satisfy that sweet tooth, then switch your 3 meals for 5 smaller ones!. I did exactly these things and Ive lost 5 pounds!! Also, try upgrading your walking to jogging, even if you cant do it for long, slowly you will feel stronger and better and guess what!? when you gte used to excercising it makes you want to do it more and more:) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,my name is Stacy and I just want to say that first the best way to lose weight is to do it healthlely because that is the best way to keep it off!Try increasing your walks to perhaps three times a week or instead do excercise that doesn't seem a terrible chore e!.g!. swimming,dancing or just something like that!.Dietwise try to always eat breakfast,something filling like perhaps porridge with a bit of honey in it or some toast or some eggs!.These foods will fill you up for the morning and also contain protein which is easily used by the body as fuel without beig stored as fat!.also fruit and veg (I know sounds awful) is low in cals and will also fill you up and and as a bonus your body will burn cals just digesting it!Also try grilling or steaming food to cut down on fat!.Low fat foods and lots of fluids!.Fluids will aid digestion and boost metabolism!.Hope this helped!.

My philosophy is eat what you enjoy but try to focus on fresh home made products, I do exercise but only for fun, have you tried running or cycling, try to get a friend involved!. I'm slightly shorter and heavier than you, not as skinny as I have been but I'm happy, and finally as you say learning to be happy with myself, but its not easy in this world obssed with skinny underweight unhealthy images of celebs!.

Oh geez!! Another one! This is *REALLY* turning into an epidemic!.

I will tell you what I've told about 2 dozen other kids today!. If you believe yourself to be overweight, you make an appt with your GP and have them refer you to a dietician specialising in assisting overweight and obese kids to lose weight *SAFELY*!. I WILL NOT assist a minor - I have seen too many end up in ED clinics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my friend did it for a while and all she found she achieved was bad breath!. :)
just try to eat healthily and exercise half an hour a day!.
and if you think (if after you eat loads) you want to throw up, just dont eat the food!. cut out the middle man!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've lost a bit of weight by cutting down on fatty foods and junk food, and drinking water rather than coke or lemonade!. I ate more fruit and veg too :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
