My bff is constantly saying "i wanna lose 5 pound" i wanna lose 10 etc etc!. she's 5'1, 14 y/o, and she weighs like 110 or 108!. LBS!.

She is definitely at a healthy weight!. However, it is possible that she has a very small build and therefore she does have some extra fat!. It is possible to be a very small size but have a lot of extra fat at the waist or arms and stuff!. Therefore, her figure might not be nice, but at the same time she can be a perfect weight and size!.
