Should I be seeing results yet?!

Should I be seeing results yet?

People told me that to lose belly fat, I should run every day and eat healthy. Well, i've been doing a half hour run every morning, and eating lots of fruits and vegetables, staying away from the junk food, etc..... but i haven't noticed ANY difference. i've been doing it for about 2 weeks, now.

Also, are there any other ways BESIDES running (and not including pills, etc...) that i could do to lose belly fat? Thanks, again!

2 weeks is not enough time by far. it should be an ongoing thing. first thing in the morning you should do as many sets of 20 sit ups as u can. this will tone your muscles, so by the time u start to lose the layer of fat covering them by running, u should see some good results. just persevere with what u are doing and youll definitely see results.
