I just snatched 47.5 kg... That's crap isn't it?

I'm 21, male, 1.67m and weigh approx 56-58kg. What would be average for a beginner?


Answers:

Thats a perfectly reasonable weight. When people start training they always want to lift heavy straight away and as a result they over stress the muscles and the muscles will not development properly.

Lift weights to your own schdule and steadyly increase the weights. It takes time but your muscles will be a lot stronger and bigger for building them up slowly
