Losing Weight is hard. Its not easy I understand. Ineed major help.?

Alright what are some good things to eat for breakfast lunch dinners snacks?
I do exercise but not much.
I dont exercise alot because I dont know what type to do?
I need major help!
Please help me!!

like anything, it takes discipline and a plan of attack to lose weight and keep it off. There are no quick fixes.

It's a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise.

I came across a review that explained, when people try to starve themselves or eat very little, your body goes into 'starvation mode' and will preserve every ounce of fat which slows your metabolism. Eating more often throughout the day, speeds it up enabling you to burn fat much quicker
