The whole concept of a 'diet' is wrong, even though many people foolishly propogate it. The best and most successful way to a healthy body is through a SLOW lifestyle change.
Slowly increase the amount of exercise you do (finding something you like doing is key here) and slowly make changes in your 'diet' (the other meaning of diet) to make better choices (the information is out there)
Its all about lifestyle change, not a quick fix to justify your old bad habits. People get afraid at thinking about having to change but once you do make those changes you will discover that your new found health is way worth it and you will wonder why you had all those bad habits to begin with.
